British terrorist release of three hostages and surrendered.

The man took three people Thursday night and ukryvshiysya in building factories in the county of Merseyside in the UK, surrendered to police, releasing all the hostages, the TV channel Sky News.
According to police, 35-year-old man, presumably, comes from Africa, was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment and death threats. As a result of the incident, none of the hostages was injured.
Previously, it was reported that the detainee went into building factories in the city of St. Elens around 11:30 local time (14:30 Moscow). According to local resident, he was with a "suspicious package", which is expected to be explosive.
Shortly after receiving reports of the incident, police cordoned off the scene, but factory employees and nearby offices were evacuated.
Entered the building the man surrendered after an hour of talks with the police, but it is not known under what conditions. It also reported that, if he put forward some demands or threats.
