The Government of Chile has decided to build a destroyed during a volcanic eruption Chayten same city at the new location, the Associated Press.
The reason was the continued activity of the volcano. A new place to build the city have not yet been determined.
Volcanic eruption Chayten started on 2 May 2008. According to experts, until the day he was in "sleep" state, at least the past 450 years. All 4,5 thousand inhabitants were urgently evacuated, about 2 thousand families have received financial aid.
As a result of a volcanic eruption layer of ash covered the city was flooded and left the banks of the river.
The Government of Chile has banned residents to return to Chayten. But now its territory has a population of about 100 people.
