President of Somali prime minister replaced the opinion of parliament.

   Somali President Abdullah Yusuf Ahmed on 16 December appointed a new prime minister, although parliament did not accept the resignation of the previous Government of Prime Minister Nur Hassan Hussein. It is reported agency AFP.
New prime minister appointed a close ally of President Mohamed Mohamud Guled. Abdullah Yusuf Ahmed explained his actions so that when laid-off December 14, Nur Hassan Hussein State "did not have a working government." Meanwhile, December 15, the parliament expressed support for Hussein and supported his dismissal. Sam Prime earlier said that would not leave office until a decision on his resignation did not approve the parliamentarians.
In recent months the president and prime minister of Somalia were in the confrontation, mainly due to the need to achieve reconciliation with the Islamist Alliance for the Liberation of Somalia. Nur Hassan Hussein was one of the main participants in the negotiations with the Islamists.
Nour Hassan Hussein has held the post of prime minister since the fall of 2007. Abdullah Yusuf Ahmed is the president of Somalia since 2004. In Somalia is the second decade of a civil war that began after the overthrow of dictator Mohamed Siad Barre.
