They announced the murder of a Polish hostage.

The Taliban announced the murder of a Polish engineer, abducted in September last year in Pakistan, reported AFP.
In exchange for the release of hostages the kidnappers demanded to pay a large ransom and the release from prison of six militants. On the killing of the engineer, it was announced a few hours after the Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk told reporters that Poland is not going to pay the kidnappers.
Polish Embassy in Pakistan said that did not have evidence killings hostage. A similar statement was made by Pakistani law enforcement agencies.
Polish engineer who worked on the energy company, was seized by militants in northwest Pakistan 28 September 2008. At the time of the abduction had been killed by his two drivers and a guard.
