Turkish police broke up a rally of Kurds.

Turkish city of Batman police dispersed a rally of Kurds, calling for his release from prison the leader of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) Abdullah Ocalan. The event was timed to coincide with the tenth anniversary of the arrest of Ocalan, said AFP.
2, thousands of protesters against the police used tear gas and smoke bombs. In turn, the shares pelted police with stones and used sticks. 15 people were detained by police, about 10 were injured.
