Australia will issue a Croatian Serb military instructor.

High Court of Australia allowed the February 3, extradition to Croatia of Serb origin Australian Vasilkovicha Dragan (Dragan Vasiljkovic), which the Croatian authorities have accused of killing and torturing Croats in the peaceful period of armed conflict in the former Yugoslavia, transmits AFP.
