As a result of the bombing in Pakistan killed 12 children.

At least 12 children died on Saturday, April 25, in a bomb explosion in the area of Lower Dir district in the north-west Pakistan, reports AFP referring to the local police.

The children found the bomb in the courtyard of a school for girls in the town of Banda Lugman (Luqman Banda). The type and power bomb the police did not specify.

Lower Dir district - one of the areas in Pakistan, where on April 14, President Asif Zardari has allowed to introduce Sharia law. Islamabad expects that such a measure would help put an end to clashes between militants of the Taliban and government troops and police officers.

The decision of the authorities of Pakistan to impose Sharia law on the part of the country has caused mixed reactions from the world community. United States stated that the situation in Pakistan represents the "mortal threat" to the security of both the United States and around the world. MFA of Russia, in turn, said that Pakistani authorities have made concessions to terrorists, "nothing is getting in return." Citizens of Russia MIL has recommended to refrain from trips to Pakistan.
