Premier of Iraq, accused the command of United States in violation of the security.

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki issued a sharp criticism of the United States command in conjunction with the Americans on Sunday, April 26, special operations in the east. According to the premiere, this operation, which had killed a woman, violated the terms of the agreement with the United States on security, the Associated Press.
During the raids, carried out in the Shiite city of Kut, the U.S. military detained six suspected of having links with the rebel leader Muktadoy al-Sadr. Shortly after his arrest by the Iraqi authorities' intervention all six were released.
According to al-Maliki, the U.S. military have not agreed the upcoming operation with the Iraqi side, as required by the terms of the agreement to them. In referring to actions of American troops offense Prime demanded the U.S. command to find the culprits and give them for trial in Iraq.
Meanwhile, the American side categorically denies the fact that no local authorities have warned about the upcoming event. Moreover, Iraq's Ministry of Defense has identified and arrested the two commanders, who, according to the Defense Ministry, the Americans have given approval for the transaction.
According to the agency, the prosecution of the prime minister of Iraq in violation of the agreement were the first serious conflict between Baghdad and Washington since the signing of the document.
Agreement on the Safety of United States giving U.S. forces the right to stay in Iraq until 2011, was approved by the Iraqi Parliament on November 27, 2008 and entered into force on 1 January 2009.
Among the conditions of a contract provision under which the U.S. military are required to negotiate with the Iraqi side, any special operation. Also, the agreement allows the judge American soldiers in Iraqi courts, but only if they attributed the crimes were committed in the free service time.
