In Germany will be responsible for amateurs of child pornography.

The Government of Germany adopted a law on which the majority of Internet providers would be required to block sites with child pornography, the Associated Press.
Under this law covered providers who have more than 10 thousand clients - that is, 97 percent of all German companies providing Internet services. They will need to block access to sites made the list of federal government, the Criminal Investigation Department as containing child pornography.
Reported that this list will be continually updated. In the case of falling to such a site on the screen the user will be red plate "STOP!" In addition, under the new law, providers will have the right to gather information about visitors to those sites.
This information may be used in criminal cases against the amateurs of child pornography, but an archive of their personal data will not be created. Nevertheless, the investigators will be able to monitor real-time action caught on viewing pornography users.
The Government's law must be approved by Parliament. It is expected that he will be appointed by the Bundestag before the September federal elections in Germany.
