China took the first program for the protection of human rights.

The Chinese Government has taken the first program of Action for the Protection of Human Rights, reports Xinhua.
The program, published by the press office of the State Council of China, is designed for 2009 - 2010 years and includes plans to improve the situation in the country with the right to work, as well as the rights of prisoners and the disabled.
