Karadzic ally abolished the penalty for murder and genocide.

The International Tribunal in The Hague, reduced the sentence ally Radovan Karadzic, the former Speaker of the Parliament of Republika Srpska Momcilo Krajisnik (Momcilo Krajisnik). Of the sentence Krajišnik had to remove the charges of murder and genocide, as a result of the sentence Karadzic allies, it was decided to reduce from 27 to 20 years, reported AFP.

In 2006, Momcilo Krajisnik was found guilty of ethnic cleansing, deportation and persecution of the population, as well as the killing in Bosnia during the war years 1992-95. On charges of genocide Krajisnik was acquitted three years ago, because the prosecution failed to find enough evidence.
According to investigations, Krajisnik played a significant role in the environment of Karadzic during the war in Bosnia. Krajišnik named as the "personal prime minister" of Karadzic. He was captured by French soldiers in 2000 at his home near Sarajevo. The prosecution has demanded life imprisonment for him. Krajisnik himself does not accept his guilt and argues that it is always a supporter of peaceful settlement of conflicts.
Radovan Karadzic himself once served as President of Republika Srpska, was caught in Serbia during the summer of 2008. He was then extradited to The Hague, which was brought before a military tribunal. Karadzic is accused of genocide, murder and other serious crimes.
