In Niger, went missing UN Envoy Robert Fouler.

In Niger missing Canadian UN Envoy Robert Fouler (Robert Fowler), reported AFP. As described on Monday by representatives of local authorities, Fouler and three of his companions on Sunday left the capital of Niger in the west.
