Russian diplomats have begun preparations to evacuate Russian citizens from the Gaza Strip. That was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press attache of the Russian Embassy in Israel Anastasia Fyodorova.
Diplomats have started to compile lists of candidates for the exit, which will then need to agree with the Israeli authorities. On the specific timing of the evacuation is not yet under way.
According to RIA Novosti, leave the Gaza Strip has expressed a desire to 30 people - 28 Russians and two citizens of Moldova.
