The explosion of two bombs in eastern Baghdad killed 18 people and 52 wounded. The Iraqi police is confident that the attack was directed against the local road inspection reports AP.
The first explosion occurred on the morning of Dec. 17. The bomb was planted in a car. After a while, when the explosion came traffic inspection detonated a second bomb.
The U.S. military said that a few hours before the incident in the same area, another explosion occurred, but no one was injured.
