   North Korean media spread the new image DPRK leader Kim Jong Il. This was announced on 17 December agency Associated Press.
Media announced that the images were taken in a day when the head of state visited the library and a center to develop software for computers. The exact date of the visit is not called.
The last time before the North Korean media reported on the activities of Kim Jong Il, 13 December. Then it was on a visit to a poultry.
In August 2008, Kim Jong Il has ceased to appear in public, and the fall of the foreign media began to make assumptions about his illness or death. But in October, North Korean media began to report back on the appearance of the head of state in public.
According to the intelligence of different countries, in August, Kim Jong Il suffered a stroke. The authorities of DPRK leader denied that disease.
