The leader of North Korea's Kim Jong Il visited a music concert, reported Reuters on 29 December, with reference to the official North Korean media.
"When he entered the hall, all the public are encouraged to welcome him, shouting 'yippee!'", - Reported the North Korean news agency KCNA. Where and when exactly a concert agency did not specify.
Earlier, North Korean media disseminated reports on Kim Jong Il visiting military units, factories, farms, a soccer game, the library and zoo. These messages, often with photographs, the authenticity of which has been repeatedly questioned in the western press, were to dispel rumors of ill health Korean leader.
In September 2008, Kim Jong Il did not attend the military parade in honor of the 60 th anniversary of the DPRK. According to many experts, in August Korean leader survived the stroke, but South Korean and Japanese media put forward even a suggestion that he had died.
