Residents of Caracas an hour left without electricity.

In the capital of Venezuela - Caracas, inexplicably almost an hour turned off electricity, said on Wednesday agency Associated Press.
According to local television, interruption in the supply of electricity occurred in the Venezuelan capital Wednesday at 16:00 local time (00:30 London time).
