Iranian President to discuss racism at the UN Conference.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad intends to visit the UN Conference on Human Rights on racism, Reuters reported on Tuesday referring to the representative Marie Eze.
In addition to his visit to meet heads of three more states - East Timor, Togo, and Montenegro. The other participating countries will send as representatives of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs. The parties also expect the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Conference Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu.
The main topic to be discussed at the upcoming forum will be a revision of the final declaration a similar conference held in 2001 in the South African city of Durban. Then the participants had before it a draft resolution equated Zionism with racism.
Despite the fact that the provisions against Zionism, in the final statement of the Durban meeting and did not hit, Israel and Canada have already announced a boycott of the forthcoming conference, fearing a repetition of the situation in 2001. As evidence they point to the fact that the new draft statement again is the criticism against the Jewish state.
Meanwhile, the U.S. administration, which initially supported the Israeli decision to boycott, do not exclude that still send a representative to the forum.
The Conference will be held from 20 to 24 April at the European headquarters of the UN in Geneva. Because of the fear a repetition of anti-Semitic vypadok meeting had been called in the press "Durban 2".
Recall, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, is among the most fervent critics of Israel and has repeatedly threatened him destruction.
