Pirates released Norwegian tanker with a Russian on board.

The Somali pirates released Norwegian tanker "Bow-Asir, on board which is a citizen of the Russian Federation, transmits AFP. Previously, it was reported that the owner has agreed with the invaders on the payment of redemption amount 2.4 million dollars and promised to release the pirate ship in the near future. The tanker was seized on March 26.
In a telephone conversation with agency Reuters, one of the pirates has confirmed that the owner has paid the required amount.
On board were 27 people: the captain of a Norwegian-, five Poles, one Russian, one citizen of Lithuania and 19 Filipinos. Previously, it was reported that a citizen of Russia, captured by pirates - this 31-year-old Timur Pavlovskiy from Kaliningrad.
