Chinese artificial snowfall paralyzed the communication with Beijing.

Strong Artificial snow caused by meteorologists in the north-eastern Chinese province of Hebei, which surrounds on three sides by Beijing, have paralyzed the movement of the twelve major highways, sends agency Reuters.
