   Russian President Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika, together with foreign law enforcement agencies to develop a mechanism to prosecuting marine pirates. This May 4, reports "Interfax".
"We need to look at all possibilities, including, perhaps, the establishment of any international court on this issue" - said the president at a meeting with the prosecutor.
