Chinese scientist has won a case on the closure of its site.

Chinese scholar Hu Sindou (Hu Xingdou) won a court case against the Internet service provider, closed the site researcher, writes May 26, The Guardian.
Professor of Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology posted on his personal website article. In one of them he called for eliminating the system of retraining of workers through labor, human rights activists believe that a form of imprisonment without trial. In March 2009, internet service provider decided to close the site of Hu Sindou.
In April, the scientist has received from the provider company a letter of notification that the site is closed for the placement of improper content. Sindou decided to apply for the provider to court, although previously no citizen of China, the victim of censorship on the Internet, failed to win claims.
The court decided the case in favor of Sindou, as representatives of the provider is not able to prove that the act in accordance with the law. In particular, Sindou did not send letters with requests to remove inappropriate content from the site, and immediately notified of the closing pages.
According to a judicial verdict, the provider must reimburse Hu Sindou biennial fee for hosting, which is slightly more than $ 200. The plaintiff noted that the court did not discuss issues of freedom of speech, and added that the matter is not seen as political.
