Libya is to supply oil to Ukraine. This statement was made by Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko at a press conference with Prime Minister of Libya al-Baghdadi Mahmoudi, the publication "Korrespondent.net.
According to Tymoshenko, the parties also agreed to discuss the construction of a refinery in Ukraine capacity of 10 million tons of oil annually. Ukrainian Premier added that the working group from Libya to arrive in Ukraine soon. In turn, Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi reaffirmed Libya's interest in participating in this project.
In addition, the parties agreed to build on the Ukrainian territory of petrol stations to Libyan companies. Reported "RBK-Ukraine".
In April last year Ukraine reached agreement with Libya that will extract oil in the North African country. Agreement here was signed by the Presidents of State Viktor Yushchenko and Muammar Qaddafi.
