Kim Jong Il expressed his condolences to the family of former President of South Korea.

The leader of DPRK Kim Jong Il sent a family of the deceased ex-president of South Korea Roh Moo-hyun, a letter expressing condolences on his passing. On this Monday, May 25, tells AFP, referring to North Korean official source of information the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
"Learning that former President Roh Moo-hyun died in an accident, I extend deepest condolences to wife Kwon Yang-sook, and his orphan family" - quoting North Korean leader, KCNA.
During his stay Roh Moo-hyun as President in the relations between the two Koreas has been a positive shift. In particular, in 2007, a meeting was held in Pyongyang, Kim Jong Il and Roh Moo-hyun, who became the second ever meeting between leaders of both countries, the Korean peninsula.
The previous meeting was held in Pyongyang in 2000. On the part of South Korea took part in President Kim Dae-jung.
Former President of the Republic of Korea committed suicide on May 23, sprygnuv in the valley near the town of Kimhe at the southern tip of the Korean peninsula. Such solutions are called the charges against him to obtain from a local businessman six million dollars. Reported that the Roh Moo-hyun left the dying note, which wrote that "life is too complicated for many people."
