Prime Nepal resigned.

The Prime Minister of Nepal, Prachanda (Prachanda) has resigned, reported AFP on Monday, May 4.
According to the agency, Prachanda has resigned due to the fact that his Government had failed to appoint a new chief of the Nepal Army. This initiative was blocked by the President of the frame Baranov Yadav (Ram Baran Yadav).
In televised to the citizens of Prachanda said that the voluntary resignation as prime minister "to protect peace and democracy" and to prevent unrest.
Maoist Prachanda Government intended to terminate the appointment of Chief Rukmagada Katavala (Rookmangud Katawal) for failing to include ex-rebel Maoists into the regular army. According to the AFP, this condition was a key to the peace treaty of 2006 concluded between the authorities and the Nepalese Maoists. Civil war continues in the country since 1996. Monarchy regime was overthrown in Nepal in May 2008.
The veto on the Government's decision to impose Prachanda, President Ram Baran Yadav - the representative of the Nepali Congress, the second installment by the number of mandates in the Parliament (in the first place - Maoist Communist Party of Nepal).
"The decision of the President is an attack on peace processes and the young democracy in the country. It is undemocratic and unconstitutional," - said in televised Prachanda.
Nepalese Maoist leader Prachanda was elected by parliament as prime minister in August 2008. Ram Baran Yadav was elected as members of parliament to the presidency in July 2008.
