In the capital of Ethiopia killed an American diplomat.

A member of the American Embassy in Ethiopia, was found dead at his home in the capital, Addis Ababa, reports AP, citing the press secretary to the embassy, Michael McLellan (Michael McClellan).
According to McLellan, the body of the diplomat was found even on weekends from 30 January - 1 February. According to unconfirmed reports, the deceased diplomat - 26-year-old Brian Edkins (Brian Adkins), graduated from George Washington University who worked in the consular department of the embassy.
According to the agency representative of the Ethiopian police, it is likely that Edkins was killed, however, the investigation of his death has not yet been completed, and the official version of the death of a diplomat there.
According to Reuters, U.S. State Department representatives are working with local police in investigating the incident. Detailed investigation as to the Ethiopian police and inform the State Department refused.
