Turkey plans from March 1, the throughput stricter regime on the border with Georgia, the site of Armenia Today with reference to the statement by the President of the Government of Adjara Levan Varshalomidze.
The head of the Georgian government did not specify the region, which involves the forthcoming revision of the regime, but said that it intends to hold talks with the Turkish side, to avoid the negative consequences of this decision.
It was expected that a final decision on this matter would be taken in late February, when the talks will be held in Batumi Ajarian leadership and delegation of the Turkish Government.
Recall that last week, Ukrainian Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko asked the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to consider the possibility of introducing a visa regime with Georgia. His request, he explained the fact that Ukraine is increasingly suffering from an orgy of ethnic crime.
