Egypt seized on wheat imported from Russia.

The Egyptian prosecutor's office ordered the arrest to the whole wheat, which was imported from Russia, reported Agence France-Presse, referring to agency MENA.
Subject to arrest all the wheat grown in Russia, regardless of whether it is in port, or have been delivered to various regions of Egypt. Order followed complaints that the Russian wheat imported into the country bypassing the quality control procedures and could not meet the requirements.
The Public Prosecutor's Office ordered to conduct tests for compliance with standards and suitability for consumption of Russian wheat from different parties, which have been imported into Egypt.
As stated earlier agency RIA Novostiprezident the Russian Grain Union, Arkady Zlochevsky, the problem of improving the quality of grain is relevant for domestic producers. Egypt, he said, is the largest importer of Russian grain to the country annually shipped two to three million tons.
