Escaped from the Croatian war criminal arrested in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Wednesday, May 13, was arrested by the Croatian parliamentarian Branimir Glavasha. That was reported by Reuters.
Branimir Glavash arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina immediately after being convicted in Croatia for war crimes committed against Serbs during the war years 1991-1995 for the independence of Croatia after the breakup of Yugoslavia.
As noted by Reuters, a deputy arrested in addition to the Bosnian Croat nationality. Moreover, it can not be extradited to Croatia because of lack of international agreement on extradition of criminals.
Nevertheless, the arrest Glavasha was based on an international arrest warrant issued by Croatia on Tuesday, May 12. Representatives of the Bosnian Prosecutor's Office stated that it was unknown whether there will be offered Glavashu any charges in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
8 May, 2009 Branimir Glavash was sentenced a Croatian court to 10 years in prison for war crimes committed against the civilian Serbian population. The court found that Glavash personally gave orders to torture and execution of Serbs in 1991 in the Croatian town of Osijek.
A criminal investigation against Branimir Glavasha Croatian authorities started in 2005. However Glavash was one of the founders of the ruling Croatian party Croatian Democratic Union, therefore, criminal proceedings prevent his parliamentary immunity, which he was denied in January 2008.
