France suspected of embezzlement of African presidents.

The Paris court has begun a preliminary inquiry in respect of the presidents of three African countries that are suspected of embezzlement of funds for personal use. On Tuesday, 5 May, reports Reuters referring to the Paris prosecutor's office.
The investigation was initiated at the request of the Paris branch of the international organization Transparency International, which is the plaintiff in this case.
As the defendants were the presidents of Gabon, the Republic of Congo and Equatorial Guinea, Omar Bongo, Denis Sasu-Ngeso (Denis Sassou-Nguesso) and Teodoro Nguema Mbasogo Obiyanga (Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo).
In 2007, the heads of these three states already have the attention of French law enforcement authorities. Then they found that presidents and their families belong to dozens of multimillion-dollar accounts in euro in French banks, a few mansions in Paris and the Riviera, as well as expensive cars stamps "Bugatti, Ferrari, Maybach, Mazeratti" and " Rolls-Royce. "
Publication of this information in the French press led to the Republic of Congo has expressed formal protest to Paris.
