Illegal immigrants admitted criminals in Italy.

The Lower House of the Italian Parliament passed a law requiring the prosecution of illegal immigrants in the country, reported AFP.
Associates of Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi demanded that the opposition factions of parliament to hold a law on illegals threatened resignation of the government.
As a result of a law voted 316 deputies voting against lost 258 people. Now, the law should endorse in the Senate.
The new law imposes criminal liability for illegally residing in Italy. Criminals will be punished with a fine - everyone caught illegally will have to pay from 5 to 10 thousand euro.
Italy - the fourth country in the world after the United States, Canada and France on the number of illegal immigrants, argues AFP. Only in 2008 the territory of the Iberian peninsula, was attended by more than 36 thousand illegal immigrants from Africa. For the year 2008 nearly 32 thousand people demanded a refuge in the country.
Many illegals chose Italy for the start of the journey by road to other countries in Europe.
