When single-plane crash in Bolivia, killing four people.

As a result of the collapse of single-plane Cessna 172 in the east of Bolivia, four people were killed: pilot Martyshev Basil, his wife and two children, told the RIA Novosti news service representative of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of Bolivia ( DGAC) Alberto Marquez.
The accident occurred the evening of May 11 due to the fact that the pilot had violated flight rules. As explained by the representative of DGAC, the plane took off from the city of Santa Cruz 20 minutes after the expiry of the permitted duration of flights, having received permission to take off from the controller. After 50 minutes after takeoff the plane fell on the not yet clarified the reasons.
According to Marquez, Martyshev had U.S. citizenship, while his wife and children were citizens of Bolivia. At the same time as the transfer ADN, head DGAC Luis Trigo said that the pilot was Russian, not specifying the nationality of the members of his family.
As stated in an interview with RIA Novosti first secretary of the Russian Embassy in Bolivia, Alexander Mironov, casualties may have dual or triple citizenship. He explained that in an area where the accident occurred, is farm "Arco Iris", which lives and works of the Old Colony Russia.
