The capital of Angola recognizes the most expensive cities in the world for visitors.

The study of London consulting firm ECA International Angolan capital Luanda has been recognized as the most expensive cities in the world for visitors, reports Reuters on Wednesday.
Experts of the company compared the prices of 125 goods and services normally purchased by foreigners in more than 270 cities worldwide. As the representative of ECA International Agency Woolley Josephine (Josephine Woolley), the high prices of Luanda is obliged to poor infrastructure, delays in the handling of cargo in the port city and inflation.
According to Woolley, once in 2002 in Luanda ended fighting which lasted 27 years, the country began arriving investments that have led to dramatic economic growth and, consequently, prices. For example, the liter of milk in Luanda can cost up to three dollars and rent a small two-room flat - up to seven thousand dollars a month.
As the experts, the cost of living in Luanda in the future will only grow: the projected growth in 2009 will be 11.8 percent, while the inflation rate exceeds 10 percent.
In second place was the capital of Luanda, after Japan's Tokyo. According to the agency in previous years, ranking the most expensive cities in the world is ECA International, led by the Zimbabwe capital of Harare, but this time it did not include in the list because of too rapid growth in inflation. Remember, inflation in Zimbabwe in October 2008 stood at 231 million percent.
Recall that, according to the company's Mercer Human Resource Consulting in July 2008, the most expensive cities in the world for visitors is Moscow. What Moscow took place in the ranking ECA International, did not specify.
