In case of fire in an Indian hospital, five newborns have died.

Five infants, all aged less than a week, were killed in a fire in the maternity ward at a hospital in northern India, in the city of Patiala, said AP.
Fire in a public hospital "Radzhindra" began as a result of short circuits. Newborns treated for jaundice, and, apparently, the fault occurred in the office light.
A further five babies were saved, one of them got burnt. The representative of the hospital said that the maternity ward staff immediately responded to the fire alarm.
Head of State of Punjab said that the already commenced investigation into the causes of what happened. According to him, the parents of dead children will be able to get compensation - 100 thousand rupees (about two thousand dollars).
