Chief of Staff of the Serb army dismissed after a critical statement.

Serbian President Boris Tadic dismissed the Chief of General Staff of the Army, Colonel-General Zdravko Ponosha (Zdravko Ponos), reports Associated Press.
The reasons for the resignation is not called. Last week Ponosh made his criticism of the soratnika Tadic of Serbia Defense Minister Dragan Shutanovatsa (Dragan Sutanovac). In his speech, he accused the minister that Serbia is not designed military doctrine and strategy of national security, sounded to stop the prosecution of military reform and the inefficient use of the military budget.
In an interview with national television, Boris Tadic said that the responsibility for the scandal lies on both sides, but noted that Ponosh was not supposed to express their discontent publicly.
Zdravko Ponosh led by the Serb army in 2006. He headed for the army on the western model of reform and rapprochement with NATO.
Supreme Serbian President Tadic is the army, the competence of which is appointed to office and dismissal of officers.
