It writes the newspaper Kommersant, said the representative of the number of former top managers of Yukos and the press secretary of Yukos International Claire Davidson.
In the ECtHR confirmed the adoption of the complaint for investigation, the newspaper "Vedomosti", but a formal decision has not yet been published, so is not known what items claims to the Russian authorities agreed to consider the court.
Reporting on the validity and amount of tax claims against the company, the total amount which eventually amounted to 353.8 billion rubles (about 11 billion dollars), was filed in 2004, a British lawyer pier Gardner. Payment of tax arrears and initiation of criminal proceedings against the company's management led to a devaluation of its shares and eventually bankruptcy after creditors put Yukos claims by nearly 20 billion dollars.
Russian authorities insisted on the inadmissibility of the complaint, since the introduction in 2006, an external management company to represent its interests could only contest manager Eduard Rebgun.
