Leaders of the European Union member countries reached agreement on a plan to stimulate the European economy, said on Thursday late night Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. Commenting on the results of the first day of the EU summit, opened on December 11 in Brussels, Berlusconi told AFP, that the EU leaders reached a principled agreement on a plan to stimulate the eurozone economy.
The Prime Minister of Italy told that the approval received a draft anti-crisis plan presented by the European Commission on 26 November.
