Ortega pustit Russian ships in Nicaragua without the permission of Parliament.

Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega said that Navy ships of Russia can enter the territorial waters of the country despite the fact that Parliament had not given her permission to do so, RIA Novosti.
Under the Constitution, Nicaragua, foreign troops can not stay in the country without the permission of the National Assembly. This is in relation to the emerging naval ships visit Russia reminded the leader of the opposition Liberal Party Wilfredo Navarro.
However, the President said, refusing to consider the arrival of Russian ships in Nicaragua, the parliament is not fulfilling its responsibilities. Ortega, he said, comes to the protection of the law taking its own decision.

Ortega issued a decree on the visit of Russian ships in port Blufilds on the Atlantic coast of Nicaragua on 9 November. Russian and Nicaraguan sailors to take part in joint military exercises.
