Somali pirates freed a Greek ship.

   The Greek vessel "Captain Stefanos" released from captivity Somali pirates. This November 8, RIA Novosti.
"Captain Stefanos", to members of the crew which is a citizen of Ukraine, captured in the Gulf of Aden on 21 September. Pirates released him on Nov. 6 at an unknown conditions for journalists. Now the ship is in the Italian port of Brindisi.
During 2008, Somali pirates have committed some 100 attacks, which took about 40 ships. In connection with the intensification of the territorial waters of Somalia, pirates have begun to patrol the foreign warships. The authorities in Somalia can not effectively combat pirates, as the country is not the first decade of a civil war.
