Clinton warned North Korea against new missile test.

   U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, speaking in Japan, said that the launching of missiles by North Korea "will not bring any benefit to the development of our relations." This was announced on 17 February AFP.
Reports that Pyongyang is preparing to test long-range missiles, have appeared in the media on 16 February (on the birthday of leader Kim Jong Il, the state).
