In Britain, sharia courts counted 85.

In the UK there are at least 85 sharia courts. June 29, writes The Daily Mail, these results yielded a study by the Organization of Civitas.
Decisions such informal vessels operating mainly in the mosques, and involved family and financial conflicts, have become legitimate only if it submits a British court. However, at the meeting of the Shariah Courts do not allow the observers, all discussions are held behind closed doors. Because of this, the researchers suggest that the sharia courts are allowed to violate human rights, in particular, do not recognize the legal equality of men and women.
Previously, it was aware of five sharia courts in different cities of Britain. Civitas experts are concerned that these courts often hear cases of divorce and child custody: reports that the courts have made decisions requiring wives to have sex with their husbands, and took children from women who marry men who do not practice Islam.
Muslim Council of Britain commented on the report of Civitas, describing it as "fear of delivery."
Discussion of giving official status sharia courts are the courts in the country since February 2008 when the Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams said the inevitability of the adoption of sharia law in Britain.
