Medvedev has signed a cooperation agreement with Egypt.

Talks Russia President Dmitry Medvedev and the heads of Egypt, Hosni Mubarak in Cairo, ended June 23, signing a treaty providing for the strategic partnership between the two countries and international cooperation at the level of some ministries and public enterprises. That was reported by ITAR-TASS.
The presidents signed a treaty on strategic partnership between Russia and Egypt, defining areas of cooperation between the two states over the next 10 years.
At the same time were signed the Agreement of Understanding between the government ministries of Justice, the Federal Archival Agency contract Russia with the National Library and Archives of Egypt, the Treaty on the Transfer to the serving of sentences of persons convicted to imprisonment, and several other documents.
Countries also agreed on a partnership in the international fight against drugs, environmental protection and Broadcasting.
