UN Security Council decided to adopt a resolution in relation to DPRK's nuclear tests.

That was reported by ITAR-TASS reported with reference to the statement by Russia's permanent representatives in the UN Vitaly Churkin, the presiding officer in the Security Council in May.
Recognizing that the nuclear test by Pyongyang, in violation of Resolution 1718 the UN Security Council, the meeting decided on the immediate development of a new resolution in response to the explosion.
UN Security Council Resolution 1718 was adopted in connection with the first underground nuclear explosions carried out by Pyongyang in 2006. One of its items, in particular, to ban the DPRK to conduct further nuclear tests.
Earlier on Monday, agency Associated Press reported that its regret with regard to the DPRK's action was UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. He also expressed the hope that "The Security Council will take appropriate action."
In violation of UNSC resolution 1718 Pyongyang also accused Russia. A statement made Monday afternoon in the press secretary of President of Russia Natalia Timakova.
Pozemnye the DPRK conducted a nuclear test on 25 May near the town of Kilchzhu in the north-east of the country. The explosion was recorded a magnitude 4.5 earthquake. According to the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the power of the explosion was from 10 to 20 kilotons.
