Spain has arrested three of the Basques with 70 kilograms of explosives.

In the Spanish Basque Country police arrested three members of Basque group ETA separatistkoy and seized about 70 kilograms of explosives, said El Mundo. The operation took place overnight on 23 June in the town Usurbil (Usurbil).

First reported the detention of two people in the factory warehouse, transformed into a shelter. Then came information about the arrest of another suspect.

According to the police, all three belong to a group of "legal" members of ETA, which consists of the separatists, is not standing in the will of the law enforcement authorities and anti-terrorist units.

The arrests occurred after a few days after the Basque town of Arrigorriaga (Arrigorriaga) mined in the car hit a policeman. The government blamed on ETA, but it is not known whether the arrests are linked to past terrorist attacks.

However, it is reported that two of those arrested are suspected of involvement in a series of terrorist attacks against businesses and companies engaged in construction of high-speed railway in the Basque Country.

In December 2008, the Basque town of Aspeytia (Azpeitia) was killed by 71-year-old businessman Ignacio urial Mendisabal (Ignacio Uria Mendizabal), a company which is one of the contractors, and in February, terrorists undermined the bomb van in office in Madrid, Ferrovial, which also involved in the project.
