The Chinese lost their capsule with radioactive cesium.

The Chinese authorities have begun searching for the missing device, which is a component of radioactive cesium-137, tells AFP, referring to the Chinese newspaper.
The instrument used for accurate measurements at a cement plant in Shaanxi province. On Monday, March 23, when workers began to dismantle the plant, it was found that the device with the radioactive component is missing.
The main detail of the device was lead balloon with cesium inside. The authorities fear that the ball may be among the 265 tons of metal waste, which is already sold and remelting. The government will conduct verification of the radiation background at the plants, in which melting occurred.
Chinese newspapers did not specify exactly how much cesium-137 in the capsule, but note that even a small amount is capable of destroying the nervous system and even lead to death.
