Conference in South Africa postponed because of the refusal of a visa Dalai Lama.

Organizers of a human rights conference in South Africa have decided to move it for an indefinite period, after the authorities denied an entry visa Dalai Lama XIV. That was reported by AP.
The beginning of the conference was scheduled for March 27. The organization participated Nobel Committee, and together with the Dalai Lama, it would have to participate and others with awards of the world - the former leaders of South Africa Nelson Mandela and Frederik de Klerk, and Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
The theme of the conference was to be the way football can help to promote peace in the world - in 2010 in South Africa held the world championship in this sport. However, the authorities announced that the arrival of the Dalai Lama will take all the attention from the football championship of the conflict in Tibet and China, and that he did not get a visa before the end of the championship.
Earlier, Archbishop Tutu refused to take part in the conference in solidarity with the spiritual leader of Tibet.
