Ka-28 helicopter, owned by the Navy of India, March 25, crashed near Goa, reports IANS.
Around 11 am at the military base Hansa controllers lost communication with the committed scheduled flight by helicopter. Immediately after the incident in the district was sent to rescue the helicopter. As it turned out, the Ka-28 fell into the sea approximately 22 nautical miles (nearly 40 miles) from Goa.
None of the three helicopter crew members was injured. Location of the helicopter wreckage has been established, experts have begun to investigate the causes of the accident.
