Resigned British minister called on Brown to withdraw from the post.

The Minister of Work and Pensions UK Pernell, James (James Purnell) on Thursday submitted his resignation, calling on British Prime Minister Gordon Brown to do the same, transmits Agence France-Presse.
Pernell is the fifth minister, who left Brown's Labor Government in the last few days, but only until he publicly advised Brown to leave office. In an open letter published in newspapers The Times and The Sun, he explained that Brown's leadership is doing for the upcoming Labor victory in 2010 unlikely. The victory of the Conservatives would be "disastrous for the country, I'm sure a retired minister.
"I'm not the sword in the leaders of himself and not acting in somebody's interest. My actions merely follow from my deliberate opinion. If all decide that you should continue to be prime, I will be faithful to the Government as a member of parliament. But I am quite sure that this issue should be raised, "- wrote Pernell Brown.
Brown expressed his disappointment with the decision of the Minister, reported in the office of prime minister. In the next few days should be followed by decisions on new appointments and reshuffling in the government.
Recall earlier this week, the government left the Interior Minister Jackie Smith, Cabinet Secretary Tom Watson (Tom Watson), the Minister for Children Beverley Hughes (Beverley Hughes) and the Minister of Municipal Administration Blirz Hazel (Hazel Blears).
The leader of the opposition Conservative Party David Cameron said that "the Government dilapidate eyes", so Brown should immediately declare the parliamentary elections. The current parliament was elected for a five-year term in May 2005, but the prime minister has the right at any time refer to the queen with a request to dissolve the legislature.
