Seven Mexican officials arrested in connection with a fire in a kindergarten.

Mexican investigators arrested seven officials suspected of negligence that led to the deaths of 47 children of kindergarten in Hermosillo. On this June 22, said Associated Press.
All seven are members of the Department of Finance of the northern Mexican state of Sonora, in the territory which was burned kindergarten, told the state Attorney General Abel Murrieta (Abel Murrieta). The jurisdiction of the department and arrested there were members of a warehouse, a fire which led to a fire in the facility and the deaths of children.
The fire occurred in a kindergarten on June 6, when the facility is 176 children. The fire was ignited in a building adjacent to the kindergarten warehouse caused due to faulty air conditioning system. According to initial information, the accident killed 27 children and reported 44 deaths, and on Sunday the number of victims of the fire rose to 47 - 3-year-old girl who received burns 65 percent of body surface and died in hospital.
During the investigation it was found that a large number of victims could have been avoided if the management agency was worried about meeting the requirements of fire safety. So, who arrived on the scene, firefighters had to punch a wall buildings to save children, as well as two of the three emergency exits were blocked. In addition, it was revealed that the warehouse where the fire was not equipped with fire alarms. Noteworthy that a week before the accident kindergarten passed state inspection, during which there was no indication of any violations.
