The Bosnian Serbs have filed in court on peacekeepers Netherlands.

Association of Bosnian Serbs filed a lawsuit in district court in The Hague against the Dutch UN contingent in Srebrenica during the Balkan wars of 1992-1995, the Associated Press on Monday, 2 March.
The fact that "The Historical Project Srebrenica" (Srebrenica Historical Project), as well as the families of six Bosnian Serbs have filed a lawsuit against the Netherlands and the UN agency told the head of Stephen Karganovich (Stefan Karganovic).
Dutch peacekeepers, acting on a mandate from the UN at the eastern Bosnian town of Srebrenica, in the opinion of Karganovicha not been able to protect the Serb villages surrounding the city, to attack the Bosnian Muslims.
Remember, during the war, the Serbs were the siege of Srebrenica, populated by Bosnian Muslims. In turn, the Muslims attacked the nearby Serb villages. The Serbs claim that Muslims have killed over 3500 Serbs. Later, in 1995, after the storming of Srebrenica by Serbs in 8000 Muslims were killed. The genocide of Bosnian Muslims in Srebrenica - one of the main points in the indictment of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic.
Recall a similar lawsuit against the Dutch peacekeepers in the Hague District Court was filed surviving Muslims in Srebrenica during the summer of 2007. In July 2008 the District Court of The Hague refused to consider a lawsuit, citing the fact that the case was not within its jurisdiction.
